NFL EUROPA TEAMS
Berlin Thunder were formed in 1999 after the London/England Monarchs folded. They were the second to use the Thunder name after the Orlando Thunder |
They played at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark and one game in 2006, before moving to the Olympiastadion from 2003-2007. |
The team name has since been resurrected, with a few changes, by the British Football League's Thames Valley Thunder. |
